How my life's story has led me to Arizona and my passion, alterations by SEWright321
When I was a young person, back in the Stone Age, we didn't have Kindle online books, or Audible, or streaming videos that I so enjoy now. For those who didn't have a lot of time to read back then, there was Readers' Digest Condensed version of books, turning massive amount of pages into stories you could read in a few evenings. That's what I have to do here, because I just turned 81 years old (going on 50!) and my full bio would take much longer that you would care to read.
Any endeavor, be it occupation, hobby, relationship, just life, in general, affects you throughout all your life, because, if you are wise, you will learn from it, both the positive and negative results of your decisions. I'm writing a novel called "Dream State" based on that very thing, and introducing each of my characters on another website, "DreamState-2025.info", the first stage of my novel. In this bio, I will hit all the high points that pertain to this business.
I have a very active mind, and, I suspect, bore easily, and always love learning new and intriguing concepts and skills. Because I love to learn and am good at taking tests, I garnered three degrees over twenty-four years, from 1984 to 2008: BS in Business Admin, BM in Music Education, and MA in Teaching and Learning, emphasis in Teaching with Technology. Before that, I had an alterations shop in CA, and was always active in the fabric arts my whole life. In high school, my mom stopped making my clothes because of my love for sewing. And I always owned a Bernina, even to this day. That's the Rolls Royce of sewing machines, although it is considered a sewing computer. So you see, everything you learn throughout your life can be modified to adapt to your present needs. That's my bio.
